Immunogen Human IgG whole molecule
Characteristics FITC Anti-Human IgG Secondary Antibody is designed for immunofluorescence microscopy, fluorescence based plate assays (FLISA) and fluorescent western blotting. This product is also suitable for multiplex analysis, including multicolor imaging, utilizing various commercial platforms.

Purification This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using HumanIgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assayby immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Fluorescein, anti-Goat Serum, HumanIgG and Human Serum. No reaction was observed against Bovine, Chicken, Goat, Guinea Pig, Hamster, Horse,Mouse, Rabbit, Rat and Sheep Serum Proteins.

FITC Conjugated Anti-Human IgG secondary antibody is ideal for Flow Cytometry, Immunofluorescence Microscopy as well as other antibody detection methods where highly cross adsorbed (Pre Adsorbed) methods are required.
