简单介绍:
Goatanti-GuineaPigIgG(FcRegion)Antibody
详情介绍:
Immunogen Guinea Pig IgG fragment
Isotype IgG
Specificity IgG F(c)
Characteristics Anti-Guinea Pig IgG F(c) antibody generated in Goat detects specifically Guinea Pig IgG F(c). Anti-Guinea Pig IgG F(c) secondary antibody is ideal for investigators who routinely perform titration assays, western-blot, immunoprecipitation and more generally immunoassays. Anti-Guinea Pig IgG F(c) antibody is ideal for investigators in Cancer, Immunology, and Microbiology research.
Concentration Definition: by UV absorbance at 280 nm
Sterility Sterile filtered
Background Synonyms: Guinea Pig IgG F(c) Antibody, Goat-a-Guinea Pig F(c), Guinea Pig F(c) in Goat, Goat F(c) Secondary Antibody.
Research Area Immunology, Secondary Antibodies
Application Notes Anti-Guinea Pig IgG F(c) antibody has been assayed against 1.0 µg of Sheep IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:2,000 to 1:8,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for Anti-guinea Pig IgG F(c) Antibody.

Preservative Sodium azide
Precaution of Use WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
