Immunogen purified dog IgG
Cross-Reactivity (Details) Not reactive in: It does not react with any non-Ig protein in dog serum, as tested by immunoelectrophoresis and double radial immunodiffusion.
Characteristics Goat anti-Dog IgG Fc, Biotin conjugated is a secondary antibody which binds to dog IgG Fc part, in immunological assays.
Application Notes 1:100-250 (IHC and ICC), 1:500-5000 (ELISA)The optimum working dilution should be established by titration by end user. Excess labelled antibody should be avoided since it may cause high unspecific background staining and interfere with the specific signal.
Comment

Inter-species cross-reactivity is a normal feature of antibodies to immunoglobulins, since Ig of different species frequently share antigenic determinants. Cross-reactivity of this antibody has not been tested in detail. No preservative added, as it may interfere with the antibody activity.
