Characteristics Goat anti-mouse IgG (H&L), Rhodamine (TRITC-tetramethylrhodamine-5-isothiocyanate) conjugated is a F(ab) '2 fragment of a secondary antibody which binds to mouse IgG in immunological assay. TRITC has Amax = 550 nm, Emax = 570 nm. Antibody solution may contain small amounts of intact IgG.
