Characteristics Goat anti-human IgM (µ chain), Rhodamine (TRITC-tetramethylrhodamine-5-isothiocyanate) conjugated, is a F(ab) '2 fragment of a secondary antibody which binds human IgM in immunological assays. TRITC has Amax = 550 nm, Emax = 570 nm. Antibody is adsorbed against human IgG or IgA and affinity purified using solid phase human IgM.
