Characteristics Goat anti-human IgG Fc, is an adsorbed F(ab) '2 fragment of secondary antibody conjugated to Rhodamine (TRITC) which binds to human IgG Fc part. Antibodies are conjugated to tetramethylrhodamine-5-isothiocyanate (TRITC). Amax = 550 nm, Emax = 570 nm. . Small amounts of intact IgG may be present.
