Characteristics Goat anti-rabbit IgG (H&L), Rhodamine (TRITC - tetramethylrhodamine-5-isothiocyanate) conjugated, is a F(ab) '2 fragment of a secondary antibody which binds to all rabbit IgGs in immunological assays. TRITC has Amax = 550 nm, Emax = 570 nm. Antibody is adsorbed against bovine, human, mouse IgG/serum. Antibody solution may contain small amounts of intact IgG.
