简单介绍:
Interleukin20Receptorbeta(IL20RB)(AA30-230)(Active)protein(FcTag)
详情介绍:
Characteristics This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus. The protein has a calculated MW of 49.1 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the protein migrates as 50 kDa under reducing (R) condition, and 100 kDa under non-reducing (NR) condition (SDS-PAGE).
Purity >90 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Sterility 0.22 μm filtered
Endotoxin Level Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.
ProductDetails: Biological Activity Comment Biological Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. When Recombinant Human IL-19 protein is present at 0.2 μg/mL, the concentration of rhIL20RB Fc Chimera that produces 50% of the optimal binding response is approximately 5-50 ng/mL.
Background Interleukin-20 receptor subunit beta (IL20RB) is also known as IL-20R2, DIRS1, which belongs to the type II cytokine receptor family. IL20RB / IL-20R2 contains two fibronectin type-III domains. IL20RB / IL-20R2 is widely expressed with highest levels in skin and testis. IL20RB can be fused with IL20RA or IL22RA1 forming heterodimer. The IL20RA/IL20RB dimer is a receptor for IL19, IL20 and IL24. The IL22RA1/IL20RB dimer is a receptor for IL20 and IL24.
