Purification Immunoaffinity chromatography
This product was prepared from polyspecific antiserum by Immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.
Background Synonyms: Human IgA, Human IgG, Human IgM
Application Notes Suitable for highly specific immunological methods requiring extremely low backgroundlevels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity.

Other applications not tested.
Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
Restrictions For Research Use only
Concentration 1.0 mg/mL
Buffer 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 with 10 mg/mL Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) IgG and Protease free as stabilizer and 0.01 % (w/v) Sodium Azide as preservative.

Precaution of Use WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
Handling Advice Avoid repeated thawing and freezing.

Storage Comment Store original vial at 2-8 °C and stock solution or aliquots thereof at -28 °C.
