Goatanti-HumanIg(LightChain),(Chainkappa)Antibody(HRP)
详情介绍:
Immunogen Human kappa chain.
Fragment F(ab')2 fragment
Purification Immunoaffinity chromatography.
Alternative Name Immunoglobulin
Research Area Secondary Antibodies, Virology
Application Notes Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electronmicroscopy and Immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody basedenzymatic assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediatedbinding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Human IgG in astandard capture ELISA using ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid])as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1: 200 to 1: 1,000of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
Restrictions For Research Use only
Reconstitution Restore with 1.0 mL of deionized water (or equivalent).
Concentration 1.0 mg/mL (by UV absorbance at 280 nm)
Buffer 0.125 M Sodium Borate, 0.075 M Sodium Chloride, 0.005 M EDTA, pH 8.0, 0.01 % (w/v) Thimerosal, 10 mg/mL BSA (IgG and Protease free)
Preservative Thimerosal (Merthiolate)
Precaution of Use This product contains thimerosal (merthiolate): a POISONOUS AND HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE which should be handled by trained staff only.
Handling Advice Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use
Storage 4 °C/-20 °C
Storage Comment Store vial at 2-8 °C prior to restoration. For extended storage add glycerol to 50% and then aliquot contents and freeze at -20 °C or below. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This antibody is stable for one month at 2-8 °C as an undiluted liquid.
