简单介绍:
anti-ComplementFactorIantibody(CFI)(FITC)
详情介绍:
Immunogen Human complement Factor I Donor: Immunized FI cross DBA/2 x BALB/c mouse spleen cells Fusion Partner: NS-1 mouse myeloma
Clone OX-21
Isotype IgG1
Specificity Anti-human factor I (C3b inactivator) monoclonal antibody clone OX-21 recognizes human complement protein factor I. Factor I has two polypeptide chains, 56 kDa and 36 kDa. This antibody detects only the 56 kDa chain. This clone has been reported not to cross react with rat.
Purification Affinity chromatography on Protein G
Alternative Name Complement Factor I (CFI Antibody Abstract)
Background Factor I is a serine protease with a high degree of specificity for C3b and C4b. It requires protein cofactors for cleavage of these complement protein breakdown products: Factor H, CR1 and MCP are required for C3b cleavage and C4bp or CR1 for C4b cleavage.Synonyms: AHUS3, C3B/C4B inactivator, C3BINA, C3b-INA, CFI, IF, KAF
Gene ID 3426
NCBI Accession NP_000195
UniProt P05156
Research Area Coagulation
Pathways Complement System
Application Notes Optimal working dilution should be determined by the investigator.
Restrictions For Research Use only
Concentration 0,1 mg/mL
Buffer PBS containing 0.02 % sodium azide (NaN3) as preservative and EIA grade BSA as a stabilizing protein to bring total protein concentration to 4-5 mg/mL.
Preservative Sodium azide
Precaution of Use This product contains sodium azide: a POISONOUS AND HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE which should be handled by trained staff only.
Handling Advice Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
Storage 4 °C/-20 °C
Storage Comment Store the antibody undiluted at 2 - 8 °C up to one month or (in aliquots) at -20 °C for longer.
