Immunogen Recombinant human KIR2DL3. Spleen cells from immunised Balb/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse P3-X63-Ag8.653 myeloma cell line.

Specificity This antibody recognises KIR2DL3, a 58 kDa glycoprotein that is a member of the immunoglobulin-like receptor (KIR) family, and is also known as CD158b. Clone 190IIC311 reacts with an extracellular domain of KIR2DL3 but does not recognise related KIR2DL family members KIR2DL1 and KIR2DS4.
