简单介绍:
anti-KIR2DL3antibody(KillerCellImmunoglobulin-LikeReceptor,TwoDomains,LongCytoplasmicTail,3)(PE)
详情介绍:
Immunogen Recombinant human KIR2DL3. Spleen cells from immunised Balb/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse P3-X63-Ag8.653 myeloma cell line.
Clone KIR2DL3
Isotype IgG2a
Specificity This antibody recognises KIR2DL3, a 58 kDa glycoprotein that is a member of the immunoglobulin-like receptor (KIR) family, and is also known as CD158b. Clone 190IIC311 reacts with an extracellular domain of KIR2DL3 but does not recognise related KIR2DL family members KIR2DL1 and KIR2DS4.
Purification Affinity chromatography on Protein G
Alternative Name CD158b / KIR2DL3 (KIR2DL3 Antibody Abstract)
Background CD158b is primarily expressed on a subset of natural killer (NK) cells and functions as a receptor that binds to HLA class I molecules, including HLA-Cw3 and related HLA-C alleles.Synonyms: KIRCL23, Killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptor 2DL3, MHC class I NK cell receptor, NKAT2a, NKAT2b, Natural killer-associated transcript 2
