简单介绍:
anti-TumorNecrosisFactor(Ligand)Superfamily,Member8(TNFSF8)antibody(FITC)
详情介绍:
Immunogen Mouse CD153/CHO cells. Spleen cells from immunised SD rats were fused with cells of the P3U1 mouse myeloma cell line.
Clone RM153
Isotype IgG2b
Specificity This antibody recognises CD153, also known as (CD30 ligand). Clone RM153 is reported to block the functional binding of CD153 and can be used to inhibit the binding of CD30 to CD153. We recommend the use of SM1534LE for this purpose.
Purification Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography on Protein G from tissue culture supernatant
Alternative Name CD153 / CD30L (TNFSF8 Antibody Abstract)
Background CD153 is a 40KD type II transmembrane protein belonging to the TNF superfamily. In the mouse CD153 is expressed primarily on activated CD4+ve T cells. The interaction of CD153 with its ligand CD30 is reported to enhance the proliferation of anti-CD3/CD28 co-stimulated T-cells.Synonyms: CD30 Ligand, CD30-L, CD30LG, TNFSF8, Tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 8
Gene ID 21949
NCBI Accession NP_033429
UniProt P32972
Research Area CD Antigens, Surface Receptors of Immune Cells
Application Notes Flow Cytometry: Use 10 μL of 1/10-1/25 diluted antibody to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
