简单介绍:
anti-TNFSF9antibody(TumorNecrosisFactor(Ligand)Superfamily,Member9)(PE)
详情介绍:
Immunogen 41BBL-Fc Fusion Protein.
Clone AT113-2
Isotype IgG1
Specificity This antibody recognises murine 4-1BB Ligand (CD137L).
Purification Affinity chromatography on Protein G
Alternative Name 4-1BBL / TNFSF9 (TNFSF9 Antibody Abstract)
Background CD137L is a 50kD type 2 transmembrane protein, which is a member of the TNF superfamily. In mice CD137L is expressed on activated T-cells, B-cells, macrophages and dendritic cells. Interaction of CD137L with its receptor 4-1BB (CD137) is reported to be involved in T and B cell growth and T cell effector function.Synonyms: 4-1BB ligand, CD137L, Tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 9
Gene ID 21950
NCBI Accession NP_033430
UniProt P41274
Pathways Activated T Cell Proliferation
Application Notes Flow Cytometry: The Fc region of monoclonal antibodies may bind non-specifically to cells expressing low affinity fc receptors.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
